USPS first class not received nor updating ????

So on Jan 4th I purchased an item from the seller from Kentucky, and its actually pretty close to my city in Canada. the seller was nice and ship the item on Jan 6th, there's tracking number : 

LZ514310160US

So the problem is it totally stopped updating on Jan 9th , the

tracking infor showed :

Processed Through Sort Facility      ---------and i am still not receive this item, is this normal ????

Yes.

In my experience it takes about 20 days for items to be delivered from the USA to Canada.

Doesn't matter what the physical location of either party is.

So January 6 makes delivery a little slow, but not terrible. And the fact that the item has some sort of tracking is also normal. It probably is actually Confirmation of Delivery, which means it will be recorded as Delivered once you have it.

Let the seller know that the item is slow. That usually kicks Murphy's Law into action and the item will appear in your mailbox.

Or ask at your local PO if they have something for you. The Delivery Attempted slip may have blown away.
