This happens a lot with drop shippers.
The seller never sees the product that she is offering and is baffled by questions about dimensions, colour, actual sizes, materials, etc.
More often, the seller redirects an order to the supplier who informs her that the item is out of stock. First the seller has heard of it.
What happens? She refunds payment and if the buyer is upset, gets a negative or neutral FB and low DSR marks.
Which is why experienced sellers counsel newbies not to dropship. You can be fine for months, even years, then suddenly the negs pile up and you are NARU and off the site.
