The title is the best advertising you will ever have.
Write a description on the item. Watch your spelling and grammar. If you are sloppy, scammers will think you easy meat.
It takes about 24 hours for your listing to 'index' and show up on eBay.
If you find a buyer, his payment will be Held by Paypal for 21 days against your good service. But you still have to ship within 7 days to retain your Seller Protection.
You can pay for shipping through PP from the Held payment, and often there is a substantial discount on PP labels over PO counter rates.
