I have been waiting for a buyer to respond to an open case, as it's been 5 days since I responded. I wanted to view the case details to see how much more time the buyer has to respond. But every time I click 'View Details', it takes me to the login screen -- for ebay.com - which I do not have any login info for. So, I'm left unable to see the case details. Anyone know a solution to this? Alternatively, anyone know how long a buyer has to respond (it's an INR case)?

"-- for ebay.com - which I do not have any login info for. "
Exactly the same as eBay.ca = same user ID and same password.

Thanks. Not sure why, but it wouldn't work with my email address, had to use my username instead.
So.. anyone know how much time a buyer has to respond?

The item must have been purchased on .com which is why you had to sign into .com to reply to the case.
I'm not positive but I believe that the case will stay open for at least 30 days if neither of you do anything. The buyer could decide to ask ebay to step in at any time before that which is the same as escalating the case and asking ebay to make a decision.
