Under what conditions would you give negative feedback to a buyer?

I had a buyer who won an auction, but then didnt pay and despite my numerous attempts to contact her there was no communication until today (about 10 days later) saying she no longer wants the item. I could have reposted that item much sooner had she just been honest. I feel like this is a reason to leave her negative feedback so that other sellers would be warned, but maybe it would be harsh? Advice on this would be great

I just read somewhere that sellers can't give negative feedback anyway so I guess that answers that question

You can only leave positive feedback which is why all buyers have 100% feedback ... Buyer feedback means NOTHING ...

If you leave what people call a false postive which is a negative comment in positive feedback the buyer will get it removed by ebay as that is not allowed..

File unpaid case so buyer gets unpaid strike ( Many sellers block buyers with so many Strikes So it effects shopping ability and if to many ebay will give the buyer the boot)  on there account and leave factual feedback but not negative comments as they can be removed ...

Leave feedback stating .. Buy bid won and did not pay no communication for 10 days ...

WARNING .... If you file unpaid case buyer can not leave negative feedback so if you are going to comment anything on there feedback page be sure to file unpaid case first to ensure buyer can't slap your account with a Neg just because of your factual comment in there feedback ...
