I need some advice please.
I purchased an item that was defective. I requested a return/refund on the 17th. I got the refund on the 18th. The email I got from Ebay says, "Return Shipping - Seller Pays". Information in Paypal said the seller would send a label or independent info on affecting the return. The item is supposed to be shipped out by the 26th. I still have nothing from the seller regarding the return and no idea how he/she plans to pay for the return shipping. I sent a message to the seller tonight asking how this is to be done. I also messaged Paypal as the 26th is almost here and I have no label or any way to ship the item back.
The email I got said I have the refund and I see it in my account. However, another message says it is pending my return shipment on the 26th!
How do I get this item shipped out without a label or the return shipping paid? Does anyone know how this works?
The shipping, etc was all done through the GSP with a hassle free return policy.....
