Urgent help with someone that reads Spanish - re INR

One of my buyers did not receive his item so I told him to open a case which he did.  I had to log onto the ebay he deals with but I don't know which is the one to refund the buyer fully.   Can you help?

The second option says " reembolsar el comprador" or refund the buyer. That should be the box to choose.
