I have just received a response to my email.  Apparently I sent my inquiry to the wrong email address.  That caused a delay in their response.  I sent my email to: powersellersinfo@ebay.com and that site is only for into pertaining to Power Seller status.  I SHOULD have directed my message to:  http://pages.ebay.com/help/contact_us/_base/index.html
This poses another question from me.  Is there someone here who can write a message giving some of the newbies the proper contact sites for various questions we might have?  This COULD include the telephone numbers that we are eligible to use.  Every time I need help I never know where to turn, who to address, what site to send emails to, etc.  I have found live help most helpful at times but there is often a backlog of people waiting to get on line.  Maybe I am expecting too much but, if someone would like to tackle this, I am sure that there would be many grateful souls!
