Dear Sir;;;;;Thank you for sending me my order -Video 50-0w light KIT- being said ,I don't know if if is your policy not to include

 the bill with it,,,,,,,I needed  it for can duties going back to Canada,,,,,,question no 2,,,,,,,,Did you forget to put a l ittle manuel or pamphlet in the sending box,,,,the only thing including sent to me is the AC CORD, and 2 mini fuses,whick i do not know where it goes on the unit---because no instructions in it......would you be kind enough to send those items (bill et instructions to my canadian residence in Quenec......which is:         Claude Beauregard - -   P.S. the shipment was sent at my daughter's home In N.J. in us ---08330- and that was my decision---As soon as i receive the bill et instructions where to put those two mini fuses,on my ITEM,,I will gladly go for your 5 * stars in your EBAY  Member- thank you,or,better,,,,via my email address whick is
