I am just placing another reminder on the boards that an email like the one below is NOT something PayPal would send to our customers.
Two easy ways of identifying this as a fake email:
1. PayPal emails would address the customer with FIRST and LAST name. We would not use a salutation like "Dear PayPal Member".
2. We would not ask a customer to download anything to *fix* their account.
