If you got a warranty card with the phone, send it in.
If you didn't . No.
Most manufacturers do not honour warranties when the item is not purchased from an authorized dealer. This is because they don't have a good papertrail for the item.
It could be refurbished.
It could be a counterfeit.
It could even be stolen (least likely).
Or it could be a perfectly honest transaction, but the owner/seller is not an authorized dealer.
This is why online items are often very cheap compared to full retail (or even sale prices) at a full service retail shop.
