I am in Canada and often when I try to buy items that give the cost of Global Shipping then when I try to bid or buy I get this message:

We are sorry but the item you selected may not be purchased due to Seller shipping restrictions, country specific import/export or other relevant restrictions.

What are the item numbers? It could be a glitch, or there may be more to it.

Many sellers were co-opted into the Global Shipping Program and are only finding out now, a couple of years later

Which gives us an idea of how few international sales US sellers actually get, doesn't it?
