Hi, i have won a bid for one item listed for 69$, then i found out the price at checked out is 104$, i shocked..!!!!! i can't pay that much for this shoes, and he made the shipping fees up to 30$. i contacted the seller and he said i can do the shipping fees just 25$, but for me its still not the solution, i told him i will order something else from but he insists me to do a payment, what a mean! Actually i also found out that the basic photo color doesn't match really the next photos to it, the basic photo coor is as i liked but the followed photos are lighter colour, and that was also another reason not to like the item anymore. I just don't want a penalty from ebay and want ebay to understand my situation, i'm respectful with my orders and rules, during this period i have made all my orders through ebay and spent up to 700$ in just one week. please try to do your best for this matter.
Thank you
kind regards

Was there any shipping fee in the listing? There is a separate tab for Shipping and Handling.

Was there a shipping fee to Canada in the Shipping and Handling? If not the seller is allowed to charge whatever he thinks is fair to get the item to you promptly and securely.

If the seller refuses to send you a Mutual Cancellation, which is the friendliest way to end a transaction, and should include both buyer and seller leaving positive feedback, he still has the choice of opening an Unpaid Item Dispute, which will give you a Strike and make it harder for you to bid on eBay in future.

The colour on monitors will vary. I don't think you can blame the seller for this, especially if the colour varies from picture to picture. That's just the graphic interface. Or possibly gnomes.
