Hi tcro.. No help available to you from eBay/PayPal. I'm sure you are now aware that claims to protect payment must be filed within 45 days. Never let that time limit pass for any reason.

If payment was funded with a credit card there is the possibility of a chargeback. Call the 800 # on back of cards. Like PayPal , cards have time limits as well , 2 or in some cases 3 months, so don't delay.

If you funded from bank than there are no options.
