Is is possible for us to make a private listing to solve it?
Or has the seller the obligation to ship the item for 1 $?
thanks

Ouch.. Sellers are responsible for their mistakes but can't force a seller to complete a transaction.
If a compromise is possible , seller can file a cancel transaction which you would accept when ebay asks.
Seller could then set up a Buy It Now for whatever is agreed to. Ask seller to use your ID as title and email the item # when listed.
Honest mistakes do happen.

So, you mean a seller does NOT have to honour a sale? Wow. Do they get a mark against them? A buyer who doesn't complete a purchase sure does.
If I walk into a store and an item has a price tag of $1, the store IS obligated to sell it to me for that, even if they meant $10. Yes, some will try to wiggle out. And, as a nice Canadian, I would let them. But I hope they won't expect to see me back. Likewise on eBay.
Now, if they really meant $100, then I would be honourable and let them off the hook. Fair is fair. BUT, I would expect them to give me a discount.

My guess is the item in question exceeds $100.
As i said , sellers are responsible and and buyers can leave negative feedback and low DSRs that really hurt sellers. The outcome depend a whole lot on how the seller handles.

We made a 50% deal that is fair for both..
