What is the etiquette for asking firmly for an answer ?

I purchased (pre-purchased) back in march a figurine that was planned for an april release. The figurine was actually release in mid april, and I'm starting to be worried, as the shipping link the seller provided me is not working. I sent two or three times emails to the seller (at two weeks intervals) asking for a clarification, and she/he is not answering.

What should I do ?

File a claim immediately for non-receipt.

This appears to be a scam.

An honest seller would answer his email.

Any time a seller does not respond to a question within 48 hours, it is a good sign that he does not want your business.

If you have not purchased, move on.

If you have, file the Item Not Received claim within 45 days of payment.

Unfortunately I can't offer an answer, however I am in a similer situation with a seller who dosen't respond to my emails as well. I have been taken advantage of by this person during the buying process as well

Anyone who is reading this can you also give me any information to how I might inform fellow ebayers of this seller besides the buyer feedback I left?

That is it.

You leave negative feedback with appropriate DSR (Detailed Seller Ratings) and move on.

The Detailed Seller Ratings are most important.

While poor feedback will warn those few bidders who actually look at it and understand it, eBay will restrict the ability to list and sell of sellers whose DSRs drop below 4.3.

The normal Rating is Five Stars. The lowest is ONE Star. No star ratings are a free pass.
