I posted a ad with a MacBook. I listed it under "NEW" when it should have been listed under "USED". Someone did purchase the item. I opened a ticket asking to cancel the transaction due to me listing it wrong. I got a email a day later saying "Unfortunately, we had to cancel bids and purchases for the following buyer because they're no longer registered on eBay:" When I go to my account and look at my cases that are open, their is still the case open about cancelling my transaction. It still says "awaiting buyers response". The thing is he is no longer a member, so he won't be able to accept my cancellation. I can't seem to find the close case button. It's not their. How do I close this case? When I try re-listing my item under the same price it says I have exceeded my selling limit. Why is it saying I am over my limit because I don't have that ad up anymore. I don't have any ad up. I just want to put up my ad again, but it refuses to because I'm over my selling limit for the month.. I don't have that ad up anymore due to the case. How do I fix this??
