They use to be at the bottom of my home page ? Where are the ebay links to different countries such as Germany, France, England etc now ?

Go to the bottom left corner of the eBay Home Page

And click where it says Legal And More

Alternativly you can use the drop down menu on this page where it says Find eBay by Country or Market
