Where do I add the tracking number?

I want to add a tracking number to an item I shipped and it directs me to the right place but there is no where to enter the number?

Hi....

Try clearing your chache and cookies and restart your computer, if that don't work then log into your PP (PayPal) account find the transaction and click on "Details" and scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the link thats says " add tracking information", once done then PP will send the buyer that info with a email.

If that still doesn't work, you can use the eBay message system to send the buyer the tracking or delivery confirmation info.
