I got a package that I can't tell who it came from. I have order several pieces from different sellers. All the writing is in Chinese. The only thing I have to go by is numbers on the package. I need to find the seller because they sent me the wrong item.

Did you keep a list of what you ordered?
What is in your Items Purchased list?
What are the items you paid for with your Paypal account?
Once you know what you have bought, you may be able to decide which seller you are dealing with.
You may even find a number that matches the package number either in the eBay or the the Paypal list.
The less encouraging news is that you may not be able to get your money back or the purchase replaced.
While you are covered by the Money Back Guarantee, part of that is that you are expected to return the shipment to the seller.
He is supposed to send you a Return Shipping Label for this.
Which is impossible.
EBay does not have any method of dealing with this problem.
You should in any case, go to the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page and start an Item Not As Described dispute.
The first suggestion is to contact the seller.
Keep it simple. Ask for a refund, not a replacement.
There is no reason to believe the replacement will arrive or be what you ordered*.
If the seller tells you to return the wrong item, ask for the postage. As you can see here
https://www.canadapost.ca/cpotools/apps/far/business/findARate?execution=e1s1
this can easily be $40 with Confirmation of Delivery. And you MUST have confirmation of delivery (tracking).
If the seller does not refund, escalate to a claim.
Best of luck.
And I really am sorry to be so negative about this.
*Is the item you received of lesser value than the thing you ordered? If so, this was not an accident.
