Why I recently bought an item from Member id yzrope and a couple month later Ebay Block this same seller from my view with this messages:

I can find many other same item  ( synthetic Rope ) on Ebay but more expansive. I was put this seller im my Favorite, but now I cant buy anythink from he. I would like know the real reason.

Hi.. Usually occurs with members located in Quebec.

The problem is the french languages in your browser. You are in Quebec and system is identifying as France..

eBay does filtering on certain items, to prevent them from

being viewed in areas where they're illegal. However, the way they filter creates issues. They look at the Accept-Language header sent by the browser and filter based on that rather than geolocation.

Changing browsers may resolve or remove any  french FR in your browser.. tools..options..languages. Can add/remove.

 Reboot and should be fine
