Why can I not get EBay to answer

Why does EBay not answer their contact us. I have had a problem  notified them and nothing done! Shame on this Company and I hope to here from you. if not I close mt account in 2 days from today.  Very poor service867 1992 1 cent stamped on 10 cent blank (131843303596)  is the number of item in question. I contacted e bay to remove from site as it is missing due to my move. now it was sold and buyer is **bleep** off because you never contacted him  or me   poor service

You don't need eBay to close listings.

and end the listing yourself.

Since the item has already sold, you need to communicate with your buyer and explain politely the problem. You will get a Defect for selling an item that is out of stock.

Which is your problem, not eBay's.

You may get a negative FB from the unhappy buyer.

Between those, this ID is poisoned and it would be best to abandon it. (Closing it is also possible, but that takes a few months since there are financial things involved including fees.) 

BTW, when selling an item that is colour dependent, it would be better to scan it with a coloured background. As it is your picture shows as a B&W picture while your point is that it is a penny stamped on silvery metal.
