Why can't I choose multiple shipping options?

These new changes to ebay have messed everything up. Why can't I choose international shipping options IN ADDITION to my American shipping option? I can put a flat rate on my US shipping, but it would be stupid for me to do that for all international sales. There's no way to add a third shipping option.

You can choose Flat Rate or Calculated for domestic (Canada) shipping.

You can choose Flat Rate or Calculated for international shipping, which includes the USA which is a foreign country.

This is not a change, it's been like that for years.

When you set up international shipping, first  choose Custom Location

then choose USA and set up your shipping service.

Then choose Offer Additional Service and choose Custom Location again and choose the other countries you want to ship to.

Do NOT choose N&S America or USA in this second section, as it will override the original USA rates.

It is odd that you can't have more than one international shipping option on that new listing form.  You can go back to the original longer form by clicking on Switch to Advanced Tool which is on the top right corner.
