Why can't I contact Ebay ? I just got ripped off?

I purchased an item using the Global Shipping Program and my item was lost in the mail. The tracking keeps saying it was 'Returned Successfully to the Sender' but my seller said she never received it. Paypal closed my case !! And I can't even contact ebay without an open case. So I get no refund and no package now ? This is total bull**bleep**. Ive been waiting over a month and a half. Why can't Ebay contact me ? I tried emailing twice.

You have up to 45 days from end of sale to file a dispute and it sounds like that is what you did. The seller needs to refund your money since they cannot prove you received the item.

I lost 4 item because of the Global Shipping Program
