Why can`t I reply to feedback?

Why can`t I reply to a negative feedback? I see the feedback but ebay tell me it isn`t there.

Try replying on eBay.COM

I know this sounds crazy, but the problem has been reported on the boards, and it seems to work on dotCOM.

While Reply to Feedback Left Seems not to be working, the Follow-Up to Feedback was the last time I checked. You cannot leave a false positive for the buyer in question but you can always 'follow-up' to the originally positive feedback on payment that you may have already left. It's not exactly an idea situation, but it is a sort of workaround.

Keep in mind that the only ones who will read your Response are your own future customers.

Your Response should be calm and factual.
