Why does Ebay remove 100% rating sellers products saying they are prohibited when they helped list

Ebay removed all our products after they helped to list them as we had technical problems on our account.  Ebay said our products are prohibited but they allow long time sellers to keep selling the same brand of products. Ebay has more than 17,000 listings in the same portable vaporizer catagory.  We worked very hard to keep a 100% sellers rating and were told we would be top rated sellers.

Ebay has illegal unfair business practices.  They gave us a 3 day suspension without warning and removed 80 of 84 items.  I am now evicted from my apartment and I am on disability.  I now cannot pay for product that was shipped to me from China before Ebay ruined our lives.  We believe it was nothing more than a disgruntled employee that pushed a button on the computor key board and ruined our lives.  Ebay even gave us increased selling limits saying we had great pictures with good discriptions.  

I suffer from Bipolar disorder and depression.  I believe Ebay does this to many other sellers with false reasons of why they have been removed.   The Goliath has the power to wreck lives and put sellers into bankruptcy. We only had 2 defective product issues and 1 of them was because the customer ordered the wrong product that we sill let them keep the product and gave them a full refund.

Has any body else been through this roller coaster with Ebay. Anybody reading this please check Yocan products or portable vaporizers and see all the other sellers of these products.

Also realize that Ebay does not care about small sellers because if they remove all your products that the customers will just buy the same product from another seller and they will not lose any profits.

An entirely different one noticed the new listings were not compliant and removed them.

There is no reason to believe these two actions were in any way related.

Don't try to relist these items.

You could have your account closed completely and permanently.

Do you have more of the four you are allowed to sell?

I'm pretty sure eBay did not do this. Speak to your social worker.

Would making money on eBay or other online sites affect your pension?

Return the product as soon as possible. Use tracked shipping. While this will be $40 or more, it should be less than paying for unsalable goods.

You may also be able to sell these (they are pipes for smoking tobacco or marijuana, right?) locally through free online classified ads.

First off I can not return product as it will not be excepted from the seller as I already paid for them but was told I can not sell them after I already paid for them. So how without the expected sales am I to get the money to pay for the duties and taxes, they where already shipped. Ebay only removed my Yocan products and said everyone would be also removed, but only my product was removed. I did nothing wrong and if the product is prohibited why poes Ebay allow sellers for more than 2 years sell the same brand.
Ebay has over 17,000 listings that are prohibited but turn a blind eye to all of them so explain to me why I should not think I would be ok selling the same products as everybody else. I am supposed to be great full That my account was not completely closed, that is ignorant, what is the differance if everything was removed.
Ebay is nothing more than a **bleep** site with nothing more than illegal business practices to tell me my products are prohibited but allow 17,000 others. Why do you think I listed the products, there was so many others selling the same brand for more than 2 years and they are still there. Ebay helped to list all of the products, Wake up, I did not just list prohibited items without Ebays knowing. Ebay helped to list all the Yocan product, so stop talking out your rear with with silly excuses for Ebay. It was completely unjustified and nothing more than trying to validate poor business practices. If Ebay operated properly than nobody would be listing the more than 17,000 listings for smoking products. Ebay makes so much profit from these sellers that they will not remove them and they known by removing me customers will just buy the same brand from the other sellers that they decide can stay. SO GO AHEAD AND CLOSE MY ACCOUNT YOU ALREADY SCREWED ME pretending that somebody only noticed my prohibited products but not the many others that sell YOCAN, Just turn a blind eye and make stupid excuses and think I will buy it or are you just selling yourself. WAKE UP!!!
