When searching on eBay.ca for my own listings, I see that eBay.ca search engine displays the US shipping cost, however when I click the title link to go to my listing the shipping is displayed as it should be, based on my postal code. Since the eBay search engine is basically an introduction to my listing, I would like to know why eBay.ca is frightening the way all of my potential buyers by displaying the higher US shipping cost, and not the shipping costs based on the location of that potential buyer.
I say scaring away, because back in the day when buyers actually asked for shipping quote from sellers, I would receive triple digit views to my listings, as it is now I am lucky to break double digits and sadly the 1st digit is always a 2 or less. It could be that there are no buyers on eBay. But I think it's the fact that eBay is not dealing fair with Canadian sellers.
