I hope somebody can help me. For years I have been getting one certain format of auto-generated notice in my email when I sold something. It was the typical Congratulations, etc. etc. and had all the buyer info on it. Address, email address, date; everything I needed to write the information down. I went on Vacation Settings for a week or two and when I got back online, my auto-generated email notice had changed to a different format with just about nothing on it. No address, no buyers name nor details. Just "Congratulations buyer [user name] has bought this item and that's it!
Could anybody tell me what's going on? Can I select a Classic Format or something?
It's very frustrating.
