Why have I been lied to by Ebay staff on two separate occasions??? This place is no fun.

I am not feeling any love here. I have a list of positive comments 160 deep but one idiot decided that it was best to give me a negative f/b b/c his item was lost in the mail Now, more than 6 month later, Ebay in all its "wisdom" has restricted my ability to sell. This is costing me a lot of time and money. its pissing off my clients and myself..

When I called to request that my seller limits be raised , I was greeted with indifference and outright contempt.

I was told on two separate occasions that "some one would call me back to resolve this issue, but no one has and again.. I am about to hit my BS seller limits for the month.  I cannot afford to have to wait or attempt to climb this greasy pole that Ebay has so kindly put in front of me. This place sucks.

Why did you lie to me TWICE ebay???

If you are just now getting restrictions, it is not because of the one buyer from six months ago. The restriction is probably from your recent Detailed Seller Ratings stars. One disgruntled buyer will not have a great impact if you have a lot of sales but if more than one buyer (even if they did not leave negative or neutral feedback) gives you less than 5 star rating, that would have an affect.

I should have added that if you increase the cost of your item to cover the cost of shipping, you can list your items with free shipping. When you offer free shipping, the buyer doesn't have the option of leaving stars for shipping charges.
