Why when uploading a photo it says click on browse button to upload photo, and well, there is no browse button showing at all?

When I'm trying to post a photo, I go to add photo. Then a new window opens, it says click on the browse button to upload photo? Where's the browse button? there is nothing there.

Are you first clicking on standard or basic on the top of that pop up box? If you are on self hosting, there won't be a browse box, just a place to put in the url.

Hello. I am getting really frustrated. I previously posted a listing that contained photos, so why can't I upload more photos now? I even tried relisting a previous item and then revising it to add more photos...but again, no browse button to click on. I've tried just about everything. I even installed adobe flash , I tried changing my options for photos, (host/URL etc.) I even tried to contact EBAY but they are closed. Yet, the hours say 8 am - 1 am. EASTERN time...Pretty sure I'm Eastern time...Toronto Canada.

If there are any suggestions, please, I'll try anything to get this thing to work.
