Won an auction but seller does not ship International(canada)

I won an auction monday may 9 and the problem is the seller does not ship International(canada).When I want to pay through Paypal the transaction cannot go through cause there is no shipping fees entered by the seller and I cannot enter Canada in the choices,it has to be within the States.I contacted the seller 3 times but there is still no answer.What should I do?

You wait until the seller sends you an invoice with shipping.

You should not be sending more than ONE message per day. I assume you asked the seller for an invoice with shipping to Canada?

For future reference: If shipping to Canada is not specified in a listing, contact the seller BEFORE bidding or buying to find out what the cost would be to Canada. Fewer problems that way.

Ask the seller for a cancellation and agree to the cancellation immediately.

Apologize for not understanding that he does not ship to Canada.

You don't have to leave feedback and probably shouldn't. If all goes well and the seller is inclined to be friendly, he will leave you positive feedback.
