Hi there, I haven't seen the sellers listing so a general answer would be to try. Remain friendly and professional in asking. Some listed shipping prices are a little negotiable (depending on sellers listing info)
I ordered labels and when I went to checkout it charged me double since I purchased to different styles, I contacted seller before paying, I was polite and she cut my shipping in half and reinvoiced me to be more fair (4 sheets of paper for $8 bit high)... 🐵
As long as you are not demanding a discount or rude is doesn't hurt to try!
Good luck
Cheers

You can ASK if you want.
However the seller is under no obligation to abide.

The cost of the item has no relation to the actual cost of shipping. You can buy a bowling ball for $10....but you sure can't ship it for that much.
Minimum cost to ship a parcel in Canada is about $8 right now.
