The folks at the Kentucky GSP facility cannot re-route a parcel for you, and given the urgency of your problem you might want to pull your seller's contact information and give her a quick and ever-so-polite call.
Try emailing her first, after all, she may have one of those portables that beep at her every time she is sent a message. But otherwise I would suggest calling her, even if you are only able to leave a message. The message, of course, will include item # as well as your name, address, and any relevant purchase details.
Either way, do what you can and act quickly.
