a re-seller refuses to honour warranty, beyond resolution time, now what?

The manufacturer warranty is with the re-seller who refuses to take responsibility. Only at 9 months on a 1 year warranty of an electronic item. What other recourse? Even eBay won't accept a complaint.

Neither eBay nor PP (PayPal) will have anything to do with it.

It's up to the seller or maybe contact the manufacture and complain there, give all the information they need.
