it started since yesterday night, that I couldn't log on to my ebay page at all I kept getting bounced back to the enter password page over and over again. sometimes the window tab would just close itself.

it works fine from the ebay.ca page for me.

I already tried clearing out the cookies, enable the options I learned from the freq page but it still does the same to me.

is it my internet explore's problem or it's ebays?

please help!!

I can't log in on the ebay.com and I can't manage my selling manager on ebay.ca!!

I haven't had any problems like that. Have you tried clearing your cache and history and then rebooting?

You can also download selling manager while you are on .ca and then use it from here. Then you will have it on both sites and they do work together.

thank you for the reply, I tried doing that already but it still doing the same thing.

I tried to use .ca selling manager page even tho I was logged in it gets me back to the log in page when I click into selling manager

very frustrating with this.

anyone else could help here?

Since you said that you are using Internet Explorer, if you are using IE 9,10, or 11, try compatibility mode in IE options and see if that helps.

If not, download and install FireFox since it works quite well for me and others. IE keeps getting updates from Microsoft that break eBay sometimes. It takes eBay a while to reprogram their site to work with Microsoft IE updates.

It is best to have at least two supported browsers for eBay since one or the other gets broken every few months. I actually have Internet Explorer, FireFox, Google Chrome browsers (all supported by eBay) and also Opera browser (not supported by eBay but seems to work). I work in FireFox but check out my listings and eBay on the other browsers to see how they work.

yes, I think that would have been the problem, I tried to uninstall explorer so I could reinstall it thinking that was the problem but got my laptop stuck on the preparing to configure system page for hours and decide to just force a shut down and do a system restore to a few days ago,

ebay.com works completely fine after a system restore to before a window update's date.

but somehow a few other website would crash if on explorer now so I don't know.

I am going to use google chrome along with the explorer from now on.

I am glad I got this problem behind me now. and hope it doesn't come back.
