I find at times ebay makes up ex cusses for not posting feed back that is not 100 percent positive.  Tired of this place time to move on...

Are you  a buyer?

EBay allows buyers to leave negative or neutral comments, so long as they are not vulgar. Comments about disputes and claims are also not allowed.

Are you a seller?

Sellers cannot leave anything but positive comments. Positive feedback with negative comments are not allowed and will be pulled.

Sellers have the much more useful Unpaid Item Dispute process, which gives us our fees back and puts the deadbeat buyer on the automatic Block list of hundreds of thousands of seller.

Both buyers and sellers can add a Response to any feedback, and that Response is not required to be positive.

Rmember that the most effective feedback and the most effective responses are calm and factual. Vulgarity, name-calling and wild accusations are more likely to reflect on the one who leaves the comment.

Was feedback for a Global Shipping Program listing?

Ebay seems to limit/restrict feedback on those - especially on the shipping portion.

If feedback references problems with the gsp such as slow shipping, ebay will remove it because the seller isn't responsible for the gsp portion of the transaction. I don't know if they automatically remove it or the seller has to complain about it.

It's their way of encouraging that sellers use the gsp and sell internationally.
