If you want to cancel the sale you need to contact the seller and ask for a cancellation.  If you have paid and it has already been mailed you need to wait for it to arrive.  Then if it is not what was featured in the listing, you use the RESOLUTION CENTER to file a claim for "Not as Described" and follow the directions from eBay. 

First contact the seller and see if they will help.
