if the seller dont ship the item or the wrong item am i protected if he want to be paid by a bank wire transfert. Ta a bank in London , for a California ebay member?

NO protection and seller cannot insist that you do....

The last two items you purchased take paypal which provides 100% buyer protection.

It sounds like the other transaction is a scam as it doesn't appear in your buying history and US sellers do not request bank to bank transfers. If you didn't find the listing on ebay, do not communicate with the seller.
