I put to sell 4 glasses when I packaged them 2 broke, I wrote to the buyer and told him about this and reimbursed him, what can I do more?

Hi .. Apologize , refund were the correct steps. Did you ask if they might be interested in the remaining 2. Could set up a buy it now at an agreed price.

Depending on buyer's response , may be able to ask if they would object to receiving a request to cancel , enabling fee recovery..
