We have been selling for a year now and I have never come across a buyer who as even mentioned eBay anything points. Most of our buyers spend quite a bit on the eBay site and I'd assume that a benefits program would be popular but it is not. Then again if we as sellers don't offer them they can't accumulate them as much, kind of a catch 22.
All in all unless everybody else is using the program and I am out of the loop then I would have to say its a waste of time.
