For about a week I receive perhaps 3 email questions in a row from the same eBayer. This happenned about a month ago and after a week eBay corrected it.
Now, 90% of the time that I hit the link to answer the questions, a default page comes up telling me that there is no record of any questions for that item.
So I proceed to access the question by bringing up the listing. I answer the question and when I hit the link to email it to the eBayer, that same default page comes up telling me that eBay has no record of any questions for that item.
This is getting really infuriating as I am getting far too many emails and not able to answer them through their system (and multiples at that too).
After I send the eBayer a direct response, I then have to go into My eBay and 'delete' each of the emaialed questions, but guess what? It wont let me because it has no record of them.
After about 10 hours I am able to clear them out.
eBay is screwing around during what is starting to be Christmas rush and it is starting to cause me problems by adding alot of extra work just to manage their system.
Oh please bring back the eBay of 2 years ago, with the simple format. No more improvements eBay, you are messing everything up and making managing our business a real pain in the a$$ and a potential loss of customers.
