There MUST be a bug in the LIVE HELP feature.....I just tried to give it a SECOND CHANCE. See my conversation with the wall below, and if anybody from eBay happens to be reading this can you please contact me to explain what has happened here and what I need to do to continue selling (I had no problem for 18 listings in a row, and have never seen a message like this one before):

Have you done the two things mentioned in the notice?

If you have then send a message to Trust & Safety and call Powersellers support on Monday.

And no I don't see any reason why you would get caught in this particular restriction.

Trust & Safety may be the only ones who can flip the switch.
