Hi Pierre, thank you for this infos... Do you know if we (cdn sellers) will get the same exposure on ebay.uk ?

That would be a great question to ask eBay.ca staff on the "Board Hour" on Wednesday.

Just wonderful.
EBay.ca will now be peppered heavily with listings from eBay.uk, which means that Canadian sellers who are already fighting hard to get attention from Canadian buyers will have even more competition.
Incidentally, I notice (with a wry smile) that eBay's typical modus operandi isn't just a feature of .com/.ca:
"However, not only did eBay fail to give sellers advance warning, it took the company 6 days after making the change to let sellers know about it through an announcement on the eBay announcement board."

In my category, Music, there has always been a ton of UK listing showing in search without needing to tick the "worldwide" box. Ticking the box does bring in more listings from other International sites (the rest of the EU for example).
Personally I 'd like to see a return to the time when if it shipped to your location it showed in search regardless of the country of origin and apply that policy to ALL eBay sites.
