That is the sadest part of all: the folks running eBay really believe it!
They really think that the junk from China which regularly finds its way to the top of all listings in many categories represents "the right inventory to the top".

They all need a reality check. They have no idea what they are doing.
eBay staffers and managers should try to sell a few thousand items on eBay. It may give them a different perspective, closer to the reality of the marketplace.
The lie of the night:
"Chris Payne (eBay): Most sellers are winners or neutral. Unfortunately we're hearing from some sellers today who believe they're losers. Simplification of fees will help in the aggregate."
