Are you the buyer or the seller?

Do you mean the other person in the transaction filed a Dispute? Or did you? What was the basis for the dispute?

What is the number of the listing?

It sounds like you may have gotten a spoof eMail someone trying to trick you into paying something you don't owe or trying to obtain your financial information.

Don't respond to it or click on any links.

Forward it to spoof@ebay.com  they will tell you if it is real or not.

This doesn't answer your question but I looked at the feedback you left one of your sellers. You mentioned the cost of shipping. You should never mention shipping in feedback unless the seller tried to ask for additional shipping that wasn't stated in the listing. If shipping appears to be too high, do not bid on the item. Once you bid, you are agreeing to the shipping amount shown regardless of the amount so it doesn't look good to agree to something that was clearly stated but then complain about it later.
