How long after leaving feedback can the seller ask for a feedback revision?
Seller refused to ship an item at the winning bid price so I left appropriate feedback, Now the seller says they will ship my choice of item (I chose the exact same item) if I revise feedback, I told them I would once I received the item because I have no reason to trust this seller anymore. They want the revision now because they say there is a time limit on it.
I dunno what to do I was pretty ticked they wouldn't honour the sale.

"I told them I would once I received the item because I have no reason to trust this seller anymore"
You are correct.
The policy:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/feedback/revision-request.html
Basically, the seller has up to 30 days from the time feedback was left to ask for a revision.
Since you left the negative feedback on January 18th, the seller has plenty of time to ship your item so you can revise upon receipt.
Do not give in.

Agree.
Don't do anything until you receive the item. If / when item arrives the choice is yours whether to revise or not.
Somewhat similiar situation. Won an auction a couple of months back for a very low price & seller never shipped item, would not return messages, had to file an INR to receive refund.
Left appropriate feedback & they had the hair to send me a Feedback Revision request. The only time they had ever communicated with me. Of course i ignored the request.

Thanks for the information. your right 30 days is a pretty lengthy window the majority of packages arrive in under 3 weeks. When I shop on Ebay I just want the items I buy at the price I won them for and thats it. I don't complain about quality or time to arrive none of that stuff.
