have not received refund

I am very frustrated. I was promised a refund from ebay because I cancelled an order immediately. After several weeks of no refund I called eBay. I was told to contact the seller. Seller says to contact you. Order ID 360486204979-656495173023.  I think I have been very patient since this almost 2 months.

I think you're going to have to go to the original transaction on paypal now. After two months, I'm thinking your seller is AWOL. Find the email you got after submitting payment or log into your paypal account and look for the transaction. Good luck!
