hi I had item shown by post office as Delivered but I never received, it was listed as free shipping, can i do anything ?

Item was listed as free shipping , item had tracking number and was shipped , tracking shows it been delivered.. no signature required.

SO post office says it was delivered , seller says it was delivered .

but it was not, no other family menbers picked it up..exhusted all that.

do have have any options?

Several options to try:

Contact seller, get them to launch a post office tracking of parcel. (usually

it must be started by sender)

Contact your local post office and advise them of problem, ask for a local

inquiry.

It is not unknown for someone on street to pick-up a parcel found outside

a home.

If you used PayPal, and time has  not run out, enter a claim.

If seller uploads a delivered tracking # , PayPal will decline your claim.
