I ordered an item from the US on Ebay. I ordered as a guest, because I could not remember my login. Now I have a tracking # and they say the part has been delivered. I have not received the part and it was delivered to somewhere in Kentucy. I am in Canada. My tracking # is a dead end. I have an item # from Ebay, but when I log in it goes to my account and they say I have not ordered anything. I havent ordered anything on my account but I have ordered this item as a guest on ebay. I can't get hold of ebay, no matter what I do, it says I have not ordered anything on my account. How do I get in touch with ebay, it is impossible. Is there a phone # a direct email address anything would help at this point.

If it went to Kentucky, chances are that it was sent via the Global Shipping program. That hub is the place where it will then be re-directed to you. They do customs brokering there. It will still come to you, barring some kind of disaster. This was merely the first leg of its journey.
As to contacting ebay, you need to be on a desktop computer to properly see the options but at the top and bottom of each page, there is a tab that says Help & Contact. It will put you through a bunch of options and eventually you'll get a number to call.

Don't panic.
The seller put tracking on it and sent it to the GSP plant in Kentucky.
It will be processed are shipped to you -- in fact it is probably at the border already.
The GSP tracking is not very transparent. But tracking is for the benefit of the seller in loss claims, not for the buyer.
Allow 20 days for delivery from anywhere in North America and 30 days for Asian purchases. You will usually be pleasantly surprised.
When Canada Post (the usual final carrier) gets to your doorstep, if you are not home, a Delivery Notice will be left telling you where and when you can pick up your parcel. This is usually the local Postal Outlet. Bring photo ID. They don't want to give your purchase to a stranger.
In future, to avoid the GSP, which is a badly thought through program, watch for these words.
Customs services and international tracking provided
That means the GSP is involved. And that the 'tracking' is a lie.
On items under $100 it also means that you will pay more for import fees than is normally charged by CBSA and Canada Post. But do be aware that we can be required to pay import fees on any item valued over $20CDN (about $14 USD at the moment).
