Best bet is to ignore the messages and delete without opening.
They tire and move on to someone else eventually.
If you would like to contact eBay:
http://ocsnext.ebay.ca/ocs/home?
'Contact us' is at bottom of page.

At the bottom of each message viewed on a desktop computer, there used to be a section of the page that allowed you to report inappropriate messages but it appears that ebay has discontinued that function.
You will have to go to Help & Contact. I would then pick Selling and Report a Member because it doesn't seem as if the Report A Member option displays anywhere else. Read the assigned link on Inappropriate Communication so that you know for certain what you are trying to report is, in fact, prohibited, and then back up to Contact Us and use the 1-800-number and passcode. Settle in for a long wait on hold to speak to someone and, likely, very little satisfaction after the fact.

Hello 'jake_cardigan',
As the other members have explained, the only way to report someone for something like this is by calling ebay. Doing so may take up a good deal of your time, and if you were hoping to have the offending person reprimanded to the point of expulsion, you are in for total disappointment.
If you wish to see ebay's Profanity policy:
http://pages.ebay.ca/help/policies/everyone-profanity.html#policy
The items you sell will attract young people, and alas, far too many of them use vulgarities in everyday speech. You will have to decide for yourself how much of your limited time on this earth you wish to devote to attempted admonishments.
If, or should I say when, you find the 'report' route to be largely unfulfilling, you might want to look over this:
http://pages.ebay.ca/help/sell/manage_bidders_ov.html#block
Be sure to click the box that prevents them from contacting you.
Good luck.
